Vince: We will recover

In a casual conversation at the Vice, Invincible United manager and coach, Vince, said his team had their sights set on defending their Super League title. And even though they lost to Supa Strikas he says his team will recover.

Although Vince may have said this in casual conversation, inside the mighty Vince must be angry as his team blew the opportunity to defend their title. Now the race is between Supa Strikas and the unpredictable Cosmos.

It was an unexpected win for Strikas and the United crew was blown away when Shakes broke Skarra’s tactic. However, Vince doesn’t see this as the end of the world for his team. The United manager was relaxed when we spoke to him.

“We lost the game. It’s not end of the world. We will recover,” he said.

However, Shakes believes that Vince is Vince and deep down the United manager is boiling.

“Vince is not happy,” said Shakes, “We knew that Skarra and Vince would be up to something as they don’t like losing… especially to us.”

When asked how he would feel if Strikas win the Super League, Vince responded confidently that he doesn’t see the Men in Red lifting the trophy.

“Besides,” he said, “I don’t think Strikas will be capable of stopping NINJA!”
