Every point is vital for Strikas now

Despite being one of the top five league contenders, Supa Strikas will be taking their F.C. Nakama fixture as seriously as ever. A win will hopefully move them into the first spot, if Cosmos lose their game against Iron Tank.

12 October will see Strikas face an old nemesis as they continue on the road to Super League glory. Nakama are also challenging for the title, so this could be a gruelling and tough game for the Men in Red.

A loss for Strikas would hand the advantage to their rivals – Invincible United, Iron Tank, and Cosmos - as they battle for top position on the Super League table. However, Coach is confident that his team will have the skills to overcome Master Ura Giri’s players in their backyard.

Coach pointed out some of the strong players who could make a different to Strikas’ victory against Nakama: El Matador, Shakes, Dancing Rasta, Cool Joe and Twisting Tiger. These are the players Coach believes will play a key role next weekend.

“Shakes and El Matador are the key players in my plan to cause an upset in Japan. If they can reproduce the same magic they showed against F.C. Hydra, we will have no problems taking those three points,” said Coach.

Strikas have proven they can play in any country and get a win when it’s needed. Hopefully they’ll do the same next weekend against Nakama.
